Basic rules for making an appointment
· You can make appointment appointments every day from 07:30 to one day later.
· You can make an appointment at the latest after 1 day.

What are the basic rules for making an appointment?
· You can make an appointment at the earliest after 1 day.
· You can cancel your appointment at least 30 minutes before the appointment date and if you wish, you can make another appointment.
· You can make up to 1 appointment within one day from a certain outpatient clinic of a health institution.
· You can make up to 2 appointments in one day, provided that it is from a different clinic.
How to make an appointment?
By calling ALO 182;
· The Ministry of Health, MHRS Call Center No. 182, is required by the house, work, payroll and mobile phones.
· Calling the caller (182) from the citizen who requested the appointment by the citizen (live operator). ID Number is given. The assistant citizen verifies the information.
· After informing the assistant that at least the outpatient clinic, clinic and physician information to be requested by the citizen will go to the appointment, the assistant will send the appropriate date and time zones to the citizen.
· Citizens take their appointment by choosing.

How to cancel an appointment?
By calling ALO 182;
· The Ministry of Health, MHRS Call Center No. 182, is required by the house, work, payroll and mobile phones. This call must be made at least half an hour before the appointment time.
· The citizen who requested the appointment by the citizen calling 182 to make an appointment with T.C. ID Number is given. The assistant citizen verifies the information.
· The citizen sends his / her appointment, date and time to the assistant. The appointment is canceled by the assistant.
